We’re partnering with a leading beverage manufacturer in City of Industry, CA that’s looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Leader (Maintenance Supervisor) to oversee daily equipment reliability and performance for a high-speed production line. This role is perfect for someone with strong maintenance team leadership experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on operations. What You’ll Do: Lead, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance activities across a dedicated production line Supervise maintenance techs, review work orders, and ensure timely issue resolution Drive preventive and autonomous maintenance strategies (PM, AM, CIL, CL, BDE) Collaborate with Production Line Leader and Process Engineer as part of a line leadership team Analyze downtime trends and recommend improvements based on data and KPIs Ensure all safety and compliance standards are met What We’re Looking For: Experience supervising maintenance teams in beverage, food, or CPG manufacturing Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and preventative maintenance systems Proven ability to lead in high-speed, continuous operations Familiar with CMMS, root cause analysis, and equipment documentation Strong communication, planning, and cross-functional leadership skills Compensation & Perks: Competitive 100-110K Salary & 18% Bonus Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), wellness, PTO, and more Location: On-site in City of Industry, CAIndustry: Beverage / Food ManufacturingSchedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday If you have experience leading maintenance techs in a beverage or food manufacturing plant, we’d love to connect.
