Job SummaryWe’re looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to become an integral part of our Interventional Pain Management team. What You’ll Be Doing: Perform thorough patient evaluations and develop personalized care plans Perform various injections such as trigger point and joint injections. Medication Management Order and review diagnostic imaging and lab tests Educate patients on treatment options and self-care techniques Perform outpatient procedures such as trigger point and joint injections Work closely with physicians, physical therapists, and other specialists to optimize outcomes Work Schedule: Full-time, 4.5-day work week Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM What We’re Looking For: Certified and licensed Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner At least 1 year of experience in a clinical setting Background in pain management, orthopedics, or neurology is a strong plus Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range of $110,000-$130,000 Fully covered medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid malpractice coverage Generous PTO and CME allowance. 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution of 3% Paid Professional dues
