Location
This role supports both the Blue Bell and Philadelphia offices, and regular travel between the two locations is required.
Primarily on-site with some hybrid flexibility depending on the team. Fully remote is not available
Note
This role requires an active Pennsylvania bar license and 4+ years of trust and estate planning experience, including exposure to sophisticated estates and tax-driven planning matters.

Job Description
Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on estate and wealth planning strategies
Draft trusts, wills, and advanced estate planning documents
Handle trust and estate administration matters
Assist with tax planning, including federal estate and gift tax considerations
Prepare and review estate-related tax filings, including federal estate tax returns
Support planning for family-owned businesses and life insurance structures
Conduct detailed legal research and draft high-quality written work product
Collaborate closely with partners and other practice groups on complex planning matters
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) required
Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
4-6 years of trust and estate planning experience required
Experience with high-net-worth and sophisticated estate planning matters
Exposure to estate, gift, and income tax planning preferred
Experience with family-owned business planning and life insurance structures preferred
Strong research, writing, and academic credentials
LLM in Taxation is a plus but not required
