CORPORATE TRUST JUNIOR ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – FINANCE PRACTICE

Our client, a prominent international AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Jr. Associate Attorney to join their Finance Practice Group, focusing on Corporate Trust matters, in their Charlotte office. This role provides the opportunity to work on sophisticated capital markets transactions within a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials
Active Bar Admission in North Carolina, in good standing
2–3 years of substantive experience in a variety of capital markets transactions, particularly focused on structured finance
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on structured finance matters, including capital markets transactions and related agreements
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents for a variety of structured finance deals
Collaborate closely with colleagues across practice groups to provide comprehensive support on complex transactions
Maintain direct client interaction and contribute to the growth of the firm’s finance practice

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $235,000-$260,000, commensurate with experience, along with a generous bonus structure
