Continuous Improvement Engineer – Aerospace (90-100K) We have an exciting Continuous Improvement Engineer role available at a growing Aircraft Manufacturer located near Port. St. Lucie, Florida. Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with business goals. Serve as a change agent, training and mentoring employees in Lean tools and culture. Conduct Lean assessments and lead cross-functional projects to improve flow, quality, and efficiency. Track project KPIs and prepare regular updates for leadership. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field. 3–5 years of Lean / Operational Excellence experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace assembly preferred). Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred. Strong project management and communication skills. Proven ability to drive measurable improvement and engage teams at all levels.
