The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a well-established, multi-discipline engineering firm seeking a licensed Civil Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in industrial and commercial site development who can step in and lead projects and technical efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys project ownership, mentoring others, and driving site development projects from concept through construction.
You’ll work on diverse, high-impact projects that help shape communities in a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values professional growth and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do:
Lead site development projects from concept through construction documents
Design and review grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, and erosion control plans
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and internal teams to ensure code and permit compliance
Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and permit submittals
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and CAD designers
Support proposals and client presentations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
5+ years of experience in site development for industrial and/or commercial projects
PE preferred (or on track)
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (or similar)
Working knowledge of permitting and regulatory processes
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
