Qualifications: Admission and good standing with California Bar JD from accredited law school 3 - 10 years litigation experience Independent drive and initiative Excellent research and writing skills, including significant experience with law and motion Experience taking and defending depositions Trial experience Work Description: Address all aspects of a case from initiation to termination Develop and implement case strategies Manage case deadlines Handle Court appearances, depositions and all other case contact Effectively communicate (oral and written) with client, opposing counsel, court and all others on a matter Ethically and efficiently track and bill time Job Type: Full-time Pay: $130,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Retirement plan Schedule: 8 hour shift License/Certification: California
