Executive Director Home Care Position Description: The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth of a licensed home care agency operating in the State of Florida. Areas of Responsibility: Overall responsibility for operations including P&L Collaboration between sales team, operational staff, and talent acquisition. Works closely with sales to develop new business in the Region. Ensures all client requests are met and documented appropriately. Communicates with clients and families to ensure quality care and client satisfaction. Ensures compliance with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field. Proven experience in home care operations Private Pay experience highly preferred Ability to develop strong positive relationships with staff, clients, and referral sources.
