My client, a publicly held industrial manufacturing organization, is seeking a Multi-Site Environmental, Health & Safety Manager to oversee four diverse operations including heavy fabrication, heat treating, heavy machining, and light manufacturing/assembly. This is a high-visibility role operating within an operationally driven culture where safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance are critical to performance. This opportunity offers strategic influence without direct reports—partnering closely with plant leadership teams to drive ISO 14001 standards, EPA compliance, OSHA performance, and environmental permitting across air, water, and waste streams. This role ensures regulatory compliance, policy consistency, and performance improvement within diverse heavy industrial operations. You will partner directly with plant leadership to drive OSHA compliance, ISO 14001 standards, EPA requirements, and environmental permitting processes related to air emissions, water discharge, and waste management. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring influence, technical credibility, and the ability to operate independently across multiple sites. Travel includes approximately several days per quarter at each facility, with air travel required as needed to maintain strong on-site presence and alignment.
