SALES REPRESENTATIVE- TITLE INSURANCE/ REAL ESTATE
Location: Springfield, Massachusetts; Boston, Massachusetts; Worcester, Massachusetts
HYBRID - Boston, MA/ REMOTE - Western MA
Frequent local travel within Massachusetts
Our client, a leading provider of title and escrow services, is seeking a Sales Representative to support business development across the Springfield/Boston/Worcester market. This hybrid role focuses on growing and retaining a strong client base within the residential real estate ecosystem, including real estate agents and brokers, lenders, and attorneys.
The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals, strong market awareness, and the ability to communicate value clearly and professionally. This position requires consistent local travel and visibility at industry and community events.
Candidate Profile
High School Diploma or equivalent
2–5 years of substantive successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience
Strong knowledge of residential real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations.
Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Qualifications:
High energy, persistence, and accountability for results
PROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC.)
Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred
Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets
Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions
Valid driver’s license required for territory travel
Demonstrated persistence, tenacity, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding residential real estate transactional matters
Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans
Develop and maintain a client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationships
Engage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations
Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations
Maintain a strong presence in the market by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events.
Partner with internal marketing resources to support local marketing initiatives, including print/digital collateral and social media efforts, to drive awareness and growth.
Create, adapt, and deliver presentations to customer groups, target customers, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate daily with cross-functional partners (including operations and escrow teams) to support client needs and ensure a positive customer experience.
Communicate proactively with clients and respond in a timely, professional manner.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Compensation:
Annual base salary of $65,000-$85,000+, as determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and market factors
Monthly commissions in addition to base salary
