What You’ll Do: Lead commercial and real estate finance transactions from inception to closing. Draft and negotiate loan and security documents. Advise on UCC Articles and/or real estate secured lending matters. Work on both lender-side and borrower-side transactions. What You’ll Bring: J.D. from a respected law school; active California Bar membership. 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, real estate finance, or both. Strong document drafting and transaction management skills. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers preferred.
