Why You Should Apply Coach, develop, and mentor staff and managers, helping elevate the team Drive consistency and harmonization of tax processes and best practices Contribute to firm growth through relationship-building, community involvement, and identifying ways to expand services for existing clients Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and nonprofit leaders, providing thoughtful guidance beyond compliance What You'll Be Doing Lead end-to-end tax client engagements, ensuring high-quality planning, compliance, and consulting deliverables Review complex returns and workpapers, providing clear guidance and distributing work appropriately to develop the team Help drive adoption of firm processes, supporting continued integration Partner with Assurance and other service-line leaders to deliver coordinated client service and identify opportunities to expand relationships About You Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required 7+ years of progressive tax accounting experience Licensed Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent Proven ability to develop staff and build consistent processes
