Urologist (BC/BE) Compensation: Competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Loan Repayment Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday. 1:4 call rotation Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a dynamic, hospital-employed practice within a respected independent community hospital. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care Maintain timely and accurate documentation Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Urology residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care Benefits Competitive compensation package Signing bonus Relocation assistance Educational loan repayment PSLF-eligible employer Paid malpractice coverage with tail CME allowance of $6,000 annually Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with employer match 10 weeks of paid vacation annually
