PUBLIC FINANCE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY Location: Atlanta, GAHYBRID Our client, an AmLaw 100 global law firm, is seeking a Public Finance Associate Attorney to join its Atlanta office in a full-time, partnership-track position. This opportunity is ideal for a transactional attorney looking to build a sophisticated public finance practice within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of municipal finance matters, including special district representation, affordable housing, and economic development initiatives. Candidate Profile JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing 2-4 years of substantive transactional experience Experience in public finance, real estate, securities, or other transactional practices Demonstrated interest in or exposure to municipal finance, special district representation, affordable housing, or economic development Strong analytical, drafting, and writing skills Proven ability to manage multiple matters and work effectively in a team-based environment A detail-oriented approach and sound professional judgment Prior experience at a large law firm or sophisticated real estate practice is highly preferred Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a variety of public finance and municipal finance transactions Assist with the structuring and execution of bond financings and related transactional matters Draft and review transactional documents, disclosures, and supporting materials Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients throughout all phases of transactions Support economic development, infrastructure, and affordable housing initiatives through public finance work Why Join Us?
