Note: Must be a Texas-licensed attorney, have federal court admissions, and bring 10+ years of trademark litigation experience. About Our Client:Our client is a well-established law firm with an active litigation practice and a need for a seasoned trademark litigator to take ownership of meaningful matters. They value lawyers who are prepared, practical, and confident in court, and they are moving quickly to hire. Job Description Manage and lead trademark litigation matters from strategy through resolution Handle cases in federal court, including drafting and arguing motions Develop case strategy, assess risk, and advise clients on litigation posture and outcomes Conduct written discovery, manage document production, and prepare discovery responses Take and defend depositions, including party and third-party witnesses Work with experts and prepare expert discovery where applicable Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences Draft dispositive motions, briefs, and other substantive filings Collaborate with internal teams and support staff to drive cases forward efficiently Maintain clear, timely client communication and produce high-quality work product Qualifications Active Texas Bar license required Federal court admissions required 10+ years of trademark litigation experience Strong motion practice and brief writing skills Deposition experience and comfort handling complex discovery Strong judgment, client communication, and case ownership mindset Trial experience is a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here Base salary up to $200K depending on experience Direct ownership of trademark litigation matters with meaningful autonomy High-urgency hire with strong internal visibility and immediate impact Professional environment with room to grow as a senior litigation leader JPC-707 #LI-SK3 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
