Senior Project Manager – Commercial Flooring A leading commercial floorcovering company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive profitable growth through strong client relationships and expert project execution. This role combines business development and high-level project management. The ideal candidate brings an established book of business ($3M+ annually), strong industry relationships, and experience managing large-scale commercial flooring projects from award through completion. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple commercial flooring projects from award to closeout Maintain and grow key client accounts Generate $3–5M in annual revenue through new and existing relationships Oversee bids, pricing, budgets, and profitability Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Lead contract negotiations and maintain strong client communication Qualifications: 8–10+ years of commercial flooring or related construction PM experience Proven business development success Strong financial and contract management skills Established network with GCs, property managers, and commercial clients Excellent communication and leadership skills This is a high-impact leadership role for a relationship-driven, results-oriented professional looking to grow market share and drive revenue.
