Endocrinologist Compensation: Exceptionally competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Loan Repayment Job Type: Full-time. 8am-5pm Monday through Thursday and a half day on Fridays. Location: Rutland, Vermont We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join an established, hospital-owned Diabetes & Endocrinology practice. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient endocrine care Evaluate and manage diabetes, thyroid disorders, metabolic disorders, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary conditions, and other endocrine diseases Develop individualized treatment plans and long-term disease management strategies Collaborate closely with certified diabetes educators and dieticians to support patient education and lifestyle management Coordinate care with primary care providers and hospital-based specialists Interpret laboratory results and diagnostic testing related to endocrine disorders Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship Board Certified or Board Eligible in Endocrinology Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care Benefits: Exceptionally competitive salary 10 weeks of paid vacation annually Annual CME allowance, licensing, and specialty society reimbursement Comprehensive health benefits Short-term and long-term disability coverage 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans Paid malpractice coverage Relocation assistance Educational loan repayment
