Must live in or be willing to relocate to Virginia - Not a remote role Looking for leaders with 5–7 years of experience as a Product Manager in designing, configuring, and deploying end-to-end business processes. Candidates must also have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the JDE ERP platform and hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field. Very visible role working with Stakeholders at all levels. Must haves: Strong JDE functional knowledge across Manufacturing, HR, and Finance and an understanding of JDE architecture. Comprehensive product management experience spanning the full lifecycle, from market research, requirements gathering, and data-driven roadmapping to go-to-market execution, along with proven success applying Agile methodologies. Exceptional customer and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively across all levels, and influence without direct authority. Strategic insight into the ERP market, including awareness of technology trends and the ability to align product direction with evolving business needs.
