Cardiologist (Non-Invasive) Compensation: Competitive, productivity-based compensation (well above MGMA median) + Incentives Job Type: Full time. Monday - Friday. Day shift. Location: Rutland, Vermont We are seeking a Fellowship-trained, non-invasive Cardiologist to join a thriving and collegial practice of established Cardiologists. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a well-supported, integrated health system with strong tertiary referral partnerships. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive non-invasive cardiovascular care in an outpatient and inpatient setting Perform and interpret non-invasive diagnostic studies (e.g., echocardiography, stress testing, Holter monitoring) Evaluate and manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions Provide consultative services to hospital inpatients Collaborate with hospitalists, intensivists, and emergency medicine physicians Coordinate care with tertiary centers for invasive and electrophysiology procedures Participate in shared call rotation Maintain accurate and timely documentation Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program Completion of an accredited Cardiology fellowship (non-invasive) Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges Strong clinical skills and commitment to high-quality patient-centered care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Benefits: Sign-on and retention bonus 10 weeks of paid vacation annually Annual CME allowance, licensing, and specialty society reimbursement Comprehensive health benefits Short-term and long-term disability coverage 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans Paid malpractice coverage Relocation assistance Educational loan repayment
