Asset Maintenance Lead – CNC Mills, Lathes & Facility Systems
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience and a deep understanding of CNC systems is required
You will serve as the primary authority for all servos, sensors, and PLC diagnostics, keeping our facility and equipment in world-class condition
Pay is highly competitive, up to $39.00 per hour based on experience

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate include the following:
Perform high-level PM and complex diagnostics on 3 and 4-axis CNC mills and lathes, specifically targeting mechanical, electrical, PLC, and sensor-driven systems to sustain peak efficiency
Maintain and repair critical industrial subsystems, including high-pressure hydraulics, pneumatics, and precision ballscrews, while proactively managing the repair part inventory to minimize downtime
Oversee total facility and utility upkeep, including compressors, HVAC systems, and water lines, while leading specialized projects such as overhead crane or electrical cabinet installations
Execute precision troubleshooting using advanced diagnostic tools and technical schematics to implement lasting engineering solutions and maintain meticulous maintenance record keeping
Champion a safe and organized work culture, strictly adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA standards while managing tool storage and 5S-compliant work zones
The background of the successful candidate must include the following:
3+ years of experience in CNC machinery maintenance within a high-precision manufacturing environment
Proven technical mastery of electrical/electronic troubleshooting and advanced mechanical systems
Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings, technical manuals, and machine schematics
Expert-level skill with precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and a wide variety of industrial hand and power tools
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle both specialized machine repairs and general building maintenance
Possess a solid work history with a track record of stability and professional growth
Being a US citizen or Green Card holder with a residence within a 45-minute drive of Franklin, WI
