Pay: $180,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year

This role requires 3+ years of transactional commercial and multifamily real estate experience; litigation-only, residential-only, or purely affordable housing policy backgrounds will not be a fit

Job Description
Lead and manage complex commercial real estate and multifamily transactions from start to close
Play a central role in acquisitions, dispositions, development deals, joint ventures, and financings
Draft, negotiate, and review core transaction documents and closing materials
Supervise junior associates and coordinate deal teams efficiently
Serve as a key point of contact for clients, lenders, and outside counsel
Support multiple active matters in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
Qualifications
3+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience
Meaningful exposure to multifamily, development, or financing transactions
Experience “running a deal” or taking ownership of transaction workflows
Strong drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills
Licensed to practice law in New York
