Our construction client in Raleigh, NC is immediately hiring for a Project Manager. Whether you’re managing large-scale multifamily developments or overseeing complex commercial builds MUST HAVE: 5+ years in C&I or Multifamily construction experience Experience writing contracts, buyouts, overseeing project engineers RFI and Submittals experience Experience supporting $10+ million projects ProCore software experience or similar. Experience working for a GC Prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer NICE TO HAVE: Experience working the full lifecycle of a project (Planning to Close-out) C&I experience Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications DAY TO DAY: The Project Manager will manage $10M+ projects from start to close-out while managing RFIs, submittals, and the contract and buyout process for commercial and multifamily projects in the Triangle area. They will coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring documentation and communication flow correctly through ProCore software. Their day includes reviewing project plans and specifications as needed and maintaining alignment with the GC’s processes and expectations.
