Department: EngineeringSupervisor: Director of EngineeringSalary Grade: Full-time, ExemptSummary:The Civil/Structural Engineer position is responsible for developing designs, managingprojects and leading project teams. Accountabilities:  Uphold engineering core values: integrity, honesty, teamwork, and quality. Manage projects and associated tasks assigned by supervisor. Perform detailed engineering. Check/review drawings, calculations, and documents produced by team. Coordinate with engineers, designers, project managers, and other colleagues toexecute projects and provide reports/documentation. Abilities/Skills:  Interact directly with clients, teams, and management. Make independent, significant decisions on projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget. Experience/Education Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in structural engineering. Proficient designing concrete foundations and structural steel. Experience with industrial facilities such as gas plants, refineries, etc. STAAD.Pro software knowledge. Licensed Professional Engineer with 5 to 10 years’ experience.
