Engineering Manager – Mining We're seeking an Engineering Manager to lead mine planning, engineering operations, and project execution for a major underground mining operation. If you have strong experience in ground control, ventilation, hoisting systems, and large-scale project leadership, this role offers the chance to make a major impact. What You’ll Do: Lead mine design & engineering projects Oversee engineering team and technical operations Drive improvements in safety, reliability & production Manage multi-million dollar capital projects Provide technical expertise in ventilation, rock mechanics, and hoisting Ideal Background: 7+ years mining experience Bachelors in Engineering Engineering leadership and project management Strong technical depth across mine systems
