Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon (BC/BE) Compensation: Exceptionally competitive salary + Signing Bonus + Relocation + Loan Repayment Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday. Split between 2 locations. Location: Rutland, Vermont We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Otolaryngologist – Head & Neck Surgeon to join a hospital-employed, well-established ENT practice. Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ENT and head & neck surgical care in outpatient and inpatient settings Diagnose and treat a broad range of otolaryngologic conditions Perform surgical procedures in the operating room with dedicated block time Collaborate with audiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care Participate in shared call rotation with support from APPs Maintain timely documentation and clinical communication Contribute to quality initiatives and uphold high standards of patient care Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology residency program Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges Strong clinical and surgical skills with commitment to patient-centered care Benefits: Exceptionally competitive salary 10 weeks of paid vacation annually Annual CME allowance, licensing, and specialty society reimbursement Comprehensive health benefits Short-term and long-term disability coverage 403(b) and 457(b) retirement plans PSLF-eligible employer Paid malpractice coverage with tail Relocation assistance Educational loan repayment
