Note: Must be a Pennsylvania barred attorney in good standing with 2+ years of civil litigation experience. Job Description Support and manage a mix of civil litigation matters, including commercial, real estate, and intellectual property related disputes Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs, and motions, including pre-trial motions Participate in hearings and litigation proceedings and assist with trial preparation Conduct legal research and analysis on complex civil litigation issues Work directly with clients to guide them through the litigation process and proactively manage risk Collaborate with senior attorneys and the broader litigation team on case strategy and execution Qualifications Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing 2+ years of civil litigation experience (Common Pleas experience is a plus) Strong legal writing and research skills Organized, responsive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Professional, client-focused, and collaborative working style Why You Will Love Working Here This is a team environment where you will be supported and developed, not left to figure it out alone.
