Job Description
Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Job Description
Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs
Draft and manage written discovery and oversee document production
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court and argue motions
Collaborate with partners on litigation strategy and case development
Participate in mediations, settlement discussions, and client communications
Manage cases from inception through resolution with increasing responsibility
Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
1+ years of civil litigation experience preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-starter with strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Interest or experience in trust and probate litigation is a plus
