QA Manager opening for a consumer products manufacturer in Lewistown PA going through an expansion. The plant has 26 production lines for a 1.8 million square foot facility that makes feminine hygiene products and baby and adult wipes. Need someone with a Bachelor's degree with strong quality, QMS, ISO, auditing, continuous improvement, and Six Sigma experience either out of medical devices or high speed manufacturing. The person will have 6 direct reports so looking for someone with strong leadership skills that is currently managing people. Must have experience coaching, mentoring, and developing people and have a proven track record of driving change when needed.
