Job Description
Job Site Supervisor – Agricultural Construction
IA | Central/South IL | Central/North MO
If you’re tired of juggling 5–6 sites at once, fighting for approvals, or living on the road indefinitely…this role was built to fix that. We’re adding a Job Site Supervisor to run one project at a time, with real authority on the jobsite and a direct line to the President. You’ll own execution from ground break to closeout—without bureaucracy, chaos, or burnout. This is a role for a construction leader who wants clarity, accountability, and control—not firefighting. Most of the jobs are spread across Central/North MO, IA, and Central/South IL so you can live anywhere in the area as you will travel to the jobsite for work each week.
If you want to own the work instead of surviving it, keep reading.
