Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize all facets of supply chain operations on behalf of a global aluminum manufacturing and engineering group. This role will ensure timely delivery of mission-critical materials, manage strategic sourcing initiatives, maintain robust supplier performance, and ensure strict compliance with customer requirements. Responsibilities This role will ensure timely delivery of mission-critical materials, manage strategic sourcing initiatives, maintain robust supplier performance, and ensure strict compliance with customer requirements Key Responsibilities: Coordinate human and technical resources to meet operational goals Organize and manage incoming and outgoing physical and informational flows, including customer orders and deliveries Participate in developing the Industrial and Commercial Plan (PIC) and Master Production Plan (MPP) Define logistics action plans with production to achieve service level and stock objectives Manage stock levels for components and finished products, ensuring accuracy, FIFO compliance, and proper storage conditions Support supplier selection and performance monitoring in partnership with purchasing Define departmental organization, evaluate team performance, and foster a motivated, unified team environment Apply and enforce procedures and operating standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (advanced degree preferred) 5+ years in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with leadership experience Strong knowledge of delivery processes and inventory management (FIFO).
